Terms of service

The service

FOUND builds and hosts a website for your business, works on it each month, sets up and maintains your Google Business Profile, and makes the changes you ask for. The full list of what is included is on our pricing page.

Price and payment

The subscription is £99 a month, paid monthly in advance. There is no setup fee. If we ever change the price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you can cancel before it takes effect.

No minimum term

There is no contract length. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@foundfortrades.co.uk. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops.

What belongs to you

• Your domain name, registered in your name.
• Your Google Business Profile and all of its reviews.
• Your logo, photos and any other material you give us.

What is part of the subscription

The website we design, write and host for you is provided as part of the subscription. If the subscription ends, the website is taken offline. Your domain name and Google Business Profile stay with you.

Unlimited changes and fair use

Changes to your website are included in the subscription and there is no charge for them. A change means an update to the site you already have, such as:

• New or replacement photos
• Edits to wording, prices, opening hours and contact details
• Adding, removing or updating a service or an area you cover
• Adding reviews, accreditations or recent work

To keep the service fast and fair for every customer:

• We work on one change request per customer at a time, in the order we receive them. You can put as many changes as you like into one request.
• We aim to complete each request within three working days. Larger requests may take longer and we will tell you when to expect them.
• New pages are added as part of the monthly work on your site, so a request for several new pages may be spread over more than one month.

The following are not changes and are not included: a full redesign or rebuild of a site we have already built and you have approved, a second website, online shops, booking or payment systems, custom software, logo design, and photography or video. If you need one of these, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

If requests go well beyond what is reasonable for a small business website, we will talk to you about it first. We may then limit or schedule requests so that other customers are not affected.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, and confirmation that you have the right to use any photos, logos and accreditations you ask us to show. We only display qualifications and memberships that you hold.

Results

We promise to do the work described, properly, every month. Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, so we cannot guarantee a particular position or number of enquiries.

Liability

We will take reasonable care in providing the service. We are not liable for loss of business or profit, or for things outside our control such as search engine changes or third-party outages. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
