Is it really £99 a month with nothing else to pay?
Yes. £99 a month covers the website, the monthly work on it, your Google Business Profile, hosting, security and unlimited changes. There is no setup fee and there are no add-ons. The only thing outside it is your own domain name, which costs around £10 a year from a domain registrar and stays registered to you.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. You pay monthly and you can cancel any time. We would rather keep you because the phone is ringing than because of small print.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain name and your Google Business Profile are yours and they stay with you, along with every review you have collected. The website itself is part of the subscription, so it comes down when the subscription ends.
How long until I show up on Google?
We aim to have your website live within two weeks of getting your details. Climbing Google is slower. Most trades start to see movement for their town and trade in the first one to three months, and it keeps building from there. It depends on your area and how much competition there is.
Do you guarantee I will be top of Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google decides the rankings, not us. What we can promise is the work: a properly built site, a complete Google profile and new pages every month, which is what gets trades found.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We build you a new site and keep your existing domain name, so your address, emails and anything printed on the van stay the same. Nothing goes offline while we do it.
What do you need from me?
About fifteen minutes. We need to know the work you do, the areas you cover, and your logo and photos if you have them. If you do not have a logo or many photos yet, we can start without them.
How do I ask for changes?
Send an email with what you want changed. New photos, new prices, a new service, a new area. Changes are unlimited and included, so there is never a bill for them. We handle one request at a time and aim to have it done within three working days. Unlimited covers updates to your existing site, not a full redesign, and our terms set out the fair use details.
Who owns my domain name?
You do. If you already have one, we connect it. If you do not, we help you register one in your own name so it is always yours, whatever happens. Our step-by-step guide shows you how, and it takes about ten minutes.
Do you run Google Ads?
No. FOUND is about the free results: the Google map and the normal listings underneath it. You do not pay per click for those, and the work keeps paying off month after month. If you want to try adverts as well, we will point you to the right guides to get started.
Which trades do you work with?
Any trade or local service. Plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, heating engineers, landscapers, joiners, plasterers, decorators, tilers, tree surgeons and more. If people search for it in their town, we can build for it.
